As a Yoga teacher, my goal is to guide my students to look inward, to find love of self and let the body, mind, and spirit connect and heal, with the ultimate goal being to help my students rest, relax and restore their systems.
My intention is to bring a gentle and healing energy to each class.
My commitment is to be completely present with each of my students as we learn to find the self-healing of which we are all capable.

A private group yoga class with Esther is a personalized yoga session tailored to the participants’ experience levels and goals. The instructor creates a supportive environment that can focus on relaxation, strength, flexibility, or mindfulness, while offering modifications to meet individual needs.These classes foster connection, motivation, and guidance in a private setting, allowing the group to enjoy the benefits of yoga together with personalized attention.

Monday 6pm Yoga
Rest Relax Restore
This class is a gentle, slow-paced practice focused on deep relaxation and nervous system support. Poses are held for several minutes using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body, allowing muscles to release without strain. The emphasis is on stillness, mindful breathing, and calming the mind rather than building strength or flexibility.
Restorative yoga helps reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being, making it accessible to most experience levels.The class concludes with a guided meditation during final relaxation (Savasana), helping students integrate the practice, quiet the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and renewal.
