Have you had a powerful Reiki session and ever wondered if you could access this healing energy within yourself? Well I am happy to say that if you are curious, YES, Reiki healing energy is for you. It is for anyone who desires to use it for good!

Reiki is more than a healing technique, it is a lifelong practice of homing home to yourself. Each level of Reiki offers both practical skills and a personal journey of grouth, inviting you to deepen your relationship with your body, your intuition, and the quiet wisdon that already lives within you. Whether your intention is to support your own well-being, care for loved ones, or become a professional practitioner, each level builds upon the last while encouraging gentle self-reflection, consistent practice, and personal transformation.

Throughout your training, you will receive traditional Reiki attunements, hands-on practice, guided Reiki mentoring, and opportunities to explore the energetic emotional, and spriritual aspects of healing. While Reiki is often described as learning to channel universal life force energy, the greatest transformation usually comes from the inner work you are willing to embrace. Reiki has a way of illuminating old patterns, inviting healing where it is needed most, and encouraging you to live with greater presence, compassion, and authenticity.

Reiki Level I Training - Returning to Yourself

Reiki Level I is the foundation of your Reiki journey and is centered on personal healing. This training introduces students to the history and principles of Reiki, the energetic system of the body, grounding practices, self-treatment techniques, and hand positions for offering Reiki to yourself and others.

Students learn to cultivate awareness of their own energy, recognize areas of tension or imbalance, and begin to develop trust in their intuition. Learning Reiki allows you to experience greater emotional balance, improved intuition, and a stronger sense of personal well-being. Much of level 1 is devoted to establishing a consistent self-Reiki practice, as healing begins within before it is shared with others.

The inner work of Reiki I often involves slowing down, becoming more present, observing habitual thought patterns, and allowing space for emotional release. Many students discover a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and connection to themselves. Rather than striving to become someone new, Reiki 1 gently guides you back to who you have always been beneath the stress and noise of everyday life.

After completing Reiki 1, students leave with the confidence to practice Reiki on themselves, family members, friends, children and even pets, while continuing to nurture their own healing journey.

Join Esther for ten hours over two days. You will gather in a small group, set a sacred container with an altar to honor the time together. Learn the foundations of Reiki, the history of how it started and how it came to the modern world. Expect to learn a lot about yourself through this training. Learn about and practice presence. At the end, Esther will attune you through a beautiful ritual to the energies of Reiki so that you may always have this healing practice with you. Become aware of this healing energy within you and change your life!

Reiki Level II Training - Deepening Your Practice

Reiki Level II expands both your understanding and your ability to work with Reiki energy. Students receive the sacred Reiki symbols and learn ho to work with them to deepen healing sessions, support emotional and mental well-being, and send Reiki across distance and time.

This level emphasizes intuition, energetic boundaries, practitioner ethics, session flow, and developing confidence in working with clients. Students practice giving full Reiki sessions while learning how to create safe, grounded spaces that support healing.

The personal work of Reiki II often involves examining limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, fears, and relationships. As your sensitivity to energy increases, you may notice greater awareness of your own habits, boundaries, and emotional responses. Reiki encourages honestly, self-compassion, and the courage to release what no longer supports your growth.

Students completing Reiki II often feel empowered to begin offering Reiki professionally if they choose, while continuing to deepen their own personal healing practice and intuitive gifts. Students typically experience increased confidence in their practice, stronger energy awareness, and the ability to work more intentionally with specific issues.

Join Esther for ten hours over two days in creating a sacred space with a small group. Practice Reiki on each other and practice sending Reiki to others remotely, learn the ancient symbols to create more focus and awareness in your own skill. Esther will attune you to receive the symbols and to practice at this level.

Reiki Master Level III Training - Embodying the Practice

The Reiki Master Level is less about learning something entirely new and more about becoming the practice itself. This training is designed for students who feel called to deepen their commitment to Reiki, expand their healing presence, and if desired, to teach this system to future Reiki practitioners.

Master-level training includes advanced Reiki techniques, the Master symbol, deeper exploration of energetic anatomy, holding space for profound healing experiences, mentorship, and instruction on how to offer attunements and teach Reiki to others in the traditional lineage.

Perhaps more than any otherl evel, Reiki Master asks for personal integrity and continued inner work. Students are invited to examine the ways they show up in the world, cultivate humility, strengthen their daily spiritual practices, and to embody the Reiki principles through their actions and relationships. The path of the Reiki Master is one of lifelong learning, service, and continual self-reflection.

Graduates leave not only with expanded healing abilities but with a deeper trust in themselves, greater emotional resilience, deeper spiritual connection, expanded energetic awareness, and a strong foundation from which they can confidently support the healing journeys of others.

The Master Level III is a one day sacred ceremony with Esther. Expect to be changed forever!
